Dynamic Women can bring a positive change

Dynamic Citizen's Forum beleives Womens participation is crucial in its Movement for good Society. They can bring lot of change in Society by participating in big numbers. Thus they can make it to move in positive direction. Since Most of the parties and organisations give lesser priority to women in this male dominated society, 90 percent of women are playing limited roles in bringing out good society. Even Women people representatives are also controlled by their husbands/ other family members.

Since 50 percent of the electorate are women, they will get success if they come forward thro our forum which works for good society. If we give enough freedom to them to perform, they can surely bring a positive change which is the need of the hour. They can control many social evils and attrocities if a good guidance and awareness is offered. Dynamic wants to bring more and more women into its fold so that they can become a force.

Women also have more power to bring positive change in society than men. Since Most of the women not addicted to any bad habit such as drinking, smoking etc and also not having participation in more than one organisations at a time like their male counterparts, They focus  It wants to give full freedom to them by setting up independent Women's forum which will work completely with its own decisions. Dr. Krishna prasanthi of Harshitha Hospitals, Tirupati accepted our invitation to lead women's wing. Since she is a good motivator and also having a helping mind, there is no need to look for other male advisors for this women's wing.  

Arrangements are going on to setup Dynamic Women'S forum. We will start women's wing initially at Varadaiapalem in Chitoor dist. and expand it to other Mandals afterwards. Nearly fifteen members are showing interest to join in this forum which includes Four Sarpanches and many graduates. We are going to give leadership trainings to these women on sundays beginning 15th, Sep, 2013.

Since Dynamic wants more women to pariticipate in its peaceful movement towards good Society, Those who are willing to contribute their services to society irrespective of caste, relegion, language, region and political stand can come forward to take this movement forward.

BalaBharatham Magazine Distribution @ half the price

Balabharatham Monthly Telugu Magazine has been published by Eenadu group which consists of lot of Moral stories, creative activities and knowledge on different subjects including space, Science and Technology, Computers etc.

Dynamic citizen's Forum beleives that Rural student will get sufficient knolwedge to compete with those of urban areas. This magazine surely inspire students into reading habit. This will benifit not only to students but their parents also.

Dynamic Smart Memory Tests

It is one of prestigious programs of Dynamic Citizen's Forum. Dynamic Smart Memory Tests are conducted on 1st Sunday of every month. Since Question paper is of objective type, Students enjoy these tests a lot. Mandal level Winners will be announced officially thro news papers between 15th-20th of every month and Prizes will be distribtued in the last week. Although First 3 students will get top 3 prizes, Best students in rest of schools also be given consolation prizes.

It is just to encourage students to read kids sections in leading dailies which are coming regularly as well as Balabharatham book published by Eenadu group which consists of lot of Moral stories, creative activities and knowledge on different subjects including space, Science and Technology, Computers etc.

At present, We are conducting this tests in nine centers in Sathyavedu, Varadaiapalem and BN Kandriga mandals. Nearly 450 students are attending for these tests every month. We are planning to expand it to Srikalahasthi Mandal in Chittoor Dist, Tada, Sullurpet and Naidupet Mandals in Nellore Dist. We are seeking Sponsors for this expansion.

Basic Qualities needed to be a Dynamic Leader

1. Any Indian Citizen can join in Dynamic Citizens' Forum, irrespective of their caste, Relegion, Language and Region. It wont object any body even if they have any kind of past history to enter into forum  but they should abide by the rules of it.
2. Forum also welcome those who belongs to Political parties but they need to avoid discussing politics here. They should not have any bad habits and indulge in illegal activities and crimes.
3. They must respect other members and general public irrespective of their status. They should maintain a good character among public.
4. Since Dynamic beleives a Good Society needs good leaders, it will concentrate on grooming young leaders every where. It does not need volunteers but need those who have commitment to become as good leaders, a better society desperately needs nowadays.

5.They can participate in the activities from the day one of theri joining but Formal approval will be given only after three months of observation period. New members can also test the credibility of this forum before getting Formal acceptence.
6. Forum wont encourage those who join in our forum for the sake of posts but Forum surely give due recognisations for those who plays active role in its activities. Forum encourage active players only to take its mission forward irrespective of their seniority.
7. No major posts will be given to those who already have major posts in other organisations and political parties. If they want to contest for major posts in Dynamic Citizen's Forum, they need to resign from major posts, if any they have.

8.Dynamic Citizen's Forum wants its leaders to possess some basic qualities to join in it. It beleives its mission can be taken forward only if majority of its leaders have such qualities to inspire others.
9. It seek leaders to have qualities such as Commitment of becoming great leader, Credibility from General public, Good Knowledge, Self-Confidence to face challenges and to take risks,
10. They should have helping-mind, dedication and perfection in their works, soft spoken and Good communcation skills, simplicity, Good attitude and Character, Flexibility, Encouragement to others, Patience to accept criticisms, Postive thinking etc.

Dynamic Citizen’s forum is a group of good thinking people who wants to work for good society for better India.
