Dynamic Citizen's Forum beleives Womens participation is crucial in its Movement for good Society. They can bring lot of change in Society by participating in big numbers. Thus they can make it to move in positive direction. Since Most of the parties and organisations give lesser priority to women in this male dominated society, 90 percent of women are playing limited roles in bringing out good society. Even Women people representatives are also controlled by their husbands/ other family members. Since 50 percent of the electorate are women, they will get success if they come forward thro our forum which works for good society. If we give enough freedom to them to perform, they can surely bring a positive change which is the need of the hour. They can control many social evils and attrocities if a good guidance and awareness is offered. Dynamic wants to bring more and more women into its fold so that they can become a force.
Women also have more power to bring positive change in society than men. Since Most of the women not addicted to any bad habit such as drinking, smoking etc and also not having participation in more than one organisations at a time like their male counterparts, They focus It wants to give full freedom to them by setting up independent Women's forum which will work completely with its own decisions. Dr. Krishna prasanthi of Harshitha Hospitals, Tirupati accepted our invitation to lead women's wing. Since she is a good motivator and also having a helping mind, there is no need to look for other male advisors for this women's wing.
Arrangements are going on to setup Dynamic Women'S forum. We will start women's wing initially at Varadaiapalem in Chitoor dist. and expand it to other Mandals afterwards. Nearly fifteen members are showing interest to join in this forum which includes Four Sarpanches and many graduates. We are going to give leadership trainings to these women on sundays beginning 15th, Sep, 2013.
Since Dynamic wants more women to pariticipate in its peaceful movement towards good Society, Those who are willing to contribute their services to society irrespective of caste, relegion, language, region and political stand can come forward to take this movement forward.
